Started in 1989, Construction Services International Inc. is a family-owned business dedicated to providing top-quality sitework preparation and construction services. For over three decades, CSI—in conjunction with our sister company CSI Environmental—has been delivering turnkey solutions to a wide range of environmental and land-use issues in the Tri-State area.
With an experienced staff of supervisors, foremen, construction managers, equipment operators, and technicians, as well as an extensive fleet of equipment, we are ready to provide you with comprehensive construction support for your projects, from inception to completion.

Prequalified to work.
CSI holds the necessary engineering licenses and certifications needed for the services we offer in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey, as well as several county- and city-specific licenses. We are qualified to start work immediately on municipal, federal, and military, and hazardous site projects.
Highly trained field technicians.
We employ a staff of highly trained and qualified individuals. All of our employees are 40-hour hazwoper trained, 24-hour construction safety trained, confined space trained, and trenching and shoring trained.
Licensed well drillers.
Our professionally trained geologists are licensed and qualified to drill in the state of Pennsylvania.
